IGBRR Prospect Spotlight

At 5’5 Hadley could initially be overlooked by some but it doesn’t take long to realize that she is one of the most skilled, hard-nosed, and heady point guards in her class. She has a great feel for the action from the point with a cerebral and crafty game that allows her to consistently make the play. She is fantastic on the move with the rock, displaying a nice handle, court vision, and an ability to score it and make plays in a variety of ways. She is one of the most efficient shooters in the state, 42% from three, nearly 50% overall from the floor and 82% from the free throw line.  Hadley also has the ability to get the edge with a quick step, take on contact on her way to the rim, with a strong frame, and consistently finish at the basket against second line defenders. She has some skilled teammates and finds a nice balance between setting up those scorers and getting hers. She understands the game on both ends, plays with a good motor and is a leader from the point. Those qualities have allowed her to already garner All-Conference and All-County selection her first two seasons, as well as being an All-Indiana Showcase selection. An overall good athlete with one of the best backcourt skill sets in her class puts Hadley among the top point guards in the incoming junior class.
