2026 Class Watchlist Winter Update: Notes, Movers & Shakers
IGBRR Report
1/28/2024

We have seen the 2026 class though a couple club seasons now and most have started to make their ways into varsity lineups as productive contributors in their sophomore campaigns. Potential starts to turn to consistent production and the separation starts to become more clear. We look forward to continue to follow the development of the class as they start on the back half of their high school careers this coming club season.

Into the 2026 Top 10

Mollie Ernstes    5’10 / SG / Jennings County / #9
Mollie has proven herself as one of the top knock down long ball shooters in her class, or any class for that matter. She has length, is a confident shooter with a quick trigger and deep range. She has the ability to handle the ball when needed and can put skilled attacks together from the wing. She has disruptive length and instincts on the defensive end with an overall versatile skillset. She has made a steady climb from inside the top 25 to inside the top10 over the last two years.

Into the 2026 Top 50

Maddie Carnes    5’11 / SF / Springs Valley / #42
We got to see Maddie several times over the summer and came away really impressed with her combination of size and skill. She has a long and strong forward frame, with solid versatile skillset. We were able to catch her a few more times during the high school season that confirmed all that we had previously seen. She is comfortable handling the ball as needed, has a noticeably athletic game that allows her to score it in a variety of ways and is confident in her approach.  She can rebound against post players with her length and mobility and can defend most spots. While considered a volleyball prospect as of now, she is extremely productive on the basketball floor as well.

Elle McCulloch    5’10 / CG / Brownsburg / #50
We were able to see Elle several times over the summer and its hard not to notice her combination of length and backcourt skillset. She jumped into the Bulldog starting lineup this year as a sophomore and had a very productive season. She can run it from the point, shows a nice balance between facilitating and getting buckets and has an overall versatile game on both ends with her size and athleticism. She looks to have a pretty high ceiling that she has just started to scratch and has the toolset to be a really nice prospect in the class.

Into the 2026 Top 75

Caydence Clark    5’8 / SG / Valparaiso /  #68
We have been able to see Caydence in a variety of setting over the last twelve months (club, showcases, high school) and she has shown as a steady and solid backcourt prospect that can shoot it out to the three point line, handle the ball when needed and has overall good instincts for the action on both ends. She has a strong guard frame, plays with a good motor and is a productive piece of the attack . As she continues to round out her consistency she has the skillset to be a high level shooter that can score the ball at a good clip.

Carley Moellering    5’9 / CG / Homestead / #72
Carley is part of a tremendously talented sophomore class at Homestead, and while it could be easy to get a bit lost in that mix of talent she is a rising prospect in the class. She has length, is a nice athlete with a solid backcourt skillset. She is a tough nosed guard that can make plays going to the basket, shoots it from the arch, and is productive on both ends with a nice motor and a good deal of athleticism. Under the radar prospect that that is sure to make some noise over the next two years,
