Nataley has a lot of the qualities you look for from the point. She can handle it against pressure, values possessions, will make good decisions on the move and shows an overall good IQ for the game. Right now her strength is that of a facilitator that plays with a composed energy. She has some talented teammates around her and she shines in setting them up time and again. Her 5.8 APG and school season record 145 assist this year bear that out. She also averaged 8 PPG showing her ability to score the ball when needed. While she has not had to be a dominate scorer her work ethic continues to grow her skill set in that area and it is becoming another weapon in her overall tool kit. She is also a tough nosed defender that will pressure her matchup from baseline to baseline, making them earn every inch. She is a fluid athlete, shows a high level motor on both ends, outworks her matchups and displays the leadership you want from your point guard. We have had the opportunity to see her in all settings (high school, club, showcases, trainings) and love the work ethic she brings and the evolution we have seen in her game over the last two seasons. As she continues to grow her efficiency as a shooter and gets physically stronger, she could be among the the elite guards in her class.
